I used metahuman to create my blacksmith character, I was limited in costume customization but I managed to find something that worked with the scene.

This was the first full animated project I created in Unreal Engine 5. This project was part of an animation course I did for my post-graduate degree.
The narrative follows a blacksmith called Thalia walks around a central table inside a forge and picks up a sword she had been working on, examining it from hilt to tip. After inspecting it, she sets it down and grabs a hammer to test the sword's durability with precise strikes. Satisfied, she returns the hammer, sits by a grindstone, and sharpens the blade skillfully. Standing up, she angles the sword towards the light, checking for imperfections. Content with her work, Thalia swings the sword a few times.
